Privacy Policy for iPazar Services and Products

By using the iPazar services and products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the this Privacy Policy Agreement.

Our company is obliged to share the data of its users with Borsa Istanbul Stock Exchange, or/and other exchanges which are the owners of content, for the purposes of controlling the distribution of their content.
This data sharing, which is defined by the stock exchange, currently includes the Subscriber's First and Last Name, Address, City, Country, and Access Type, although this list may be modified by the agrement betowen each stock exchange and our company.
The written exchanges agreements request from iPazar Ltd to keep the data for 5 years after the last content use, for exchanes audit needs.

Personal data is managed by our company in accordance with national and European legislation on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Our company manages it as confidential and protects it from unlawful use or leakage. Your data is used to support, promote and execute the relationship with you as well as your relationship with relevant exchanges.
It is possible, upon your request via email, to delete your personal data from our databases after you have stopped using the data.
